アトリエ三月は2015年にオープンし、大阪・中崎町に拠点を置くギャラリーです。画家・美術家の原康浩が運営し、“あらゆる表現の新しい未来をつくる”をモットーに、コミックイラスト、イラストレーション、絵画、抽象、写真、現代美術、アウトサイダーアートなど、ジャンルにとらわれず若手作家を中心に紹介しています。 当初、キャラクター絵画がまだ「現代美術」と見なされにくかった時期から注目し、発表の場を継続的に提供してきました。戦後関西の具体美術の精神にならい、周縁からのアプローチを通じて、アートシーンに新たな視点を投げかけ続けています。 Atelier Sangatsu, founded in 2015, is a gallery based in Nakazaki-cho, Osaka. Operated by painter and artist Yasuhiro Hara, the gallery is driven by the motto “Creating a new future for all forms of expression.” It actively introduces young artists across diverse genres including comic-inspired illustration, fine art, abstraction, photography, contemporary art, and outsider art. From its earliest years, Atelier Sangatsu has provided a platform for character painting—at a time when it was not yet widely recognized as “contemporary art.” In the spirit of postwar Gutai Art in Kansai, the gallery continues to offer fresh perspectives to the art scene through approaches that emerge from the periphery.
